July 6th – A Special Friday

Finally, we had a cooler day. It rained in the morning when the students attended their leadership classes. After lunch, the sun came out! Then, all 76 students hopped on the bus and headed to a four-hour ropes course at Ring Homestead Camp in Middletown for team building and problem solving.

Tomorrow, all students will be on a trip to New York City. Their first stop will be Columbia University, followed by a picnic lunch in Central Park. They will then visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and drive by a few famous landmarks such as Broadway, Fifth Avenue, and Times Square. On Sunday, over twenty students have chosen to stay on campus for a variety of activities.

Have a great weekend!
